Step 1: Right-click on the row to resize, here row 3, and select the “Resize row” option, as shown below.
Step 2: The “Resize row 3” window appears with the current row-height, select the “Specify row height” option, enter the desired row-height value, either more or less to increase or decrease the row-height accordingly, and click “OK” as shown below.

Step 1: Select the rows to autofit, here rows 3 to 7.
